Terms of Service

1. Service Description

AI Podcaster prepares and records voice interviews with an AI host named Alex. The service can save episode audio and transcripts, and may offer optional publishing to connected third-party platforms.

If you connect a channel or use the optional YouTube publishing feature, you also agree to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service.

2. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to use the service to:

• Create illegal or harmful content
• Impersonate others without consent
• Generate deepfakes or misleading audio
• Violate intellectual property rights
• Harass, threaten, or defame others

3. Recording Consent

Starting an interview records and sends microphone audio to our voice-processing provider. You may record only your own voice or people who know they are being recorded and consent to it. You are responsible for complying with recording and privacy laws that apply to you and anyone included in an interview.

4. Content Ownership

Your Content: You own the podcasts you create. You grant us a limited license to process and store your inputs, audio, and transcript as needed to provide, secure, and troubleshoot the service.

AI Voices: AI-generated voice audio is created using OpenAI or ElevenLabs and is subject to their usage terms.

5. AI-Generated Content

AI responses may not always be accurate, appropriate, or aligned with your views. You are responsible for reviewing and editing content before publishing.

6. Purchases and Refunds

Interview-session packs are one-time purchases, not subscriptions. Payment is handled by Dodo Payments. Eligibility and timing for refunds are described in our Refund Policy.

7. Limitation of Liability

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES. WE ARE NOT LIABLE FOR ANY DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE OR AI-GENERATED CONTENT.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India.
